The Property

HouseOur beach house is a charming 5 bedroom, 3 story brick Colonial, located in an established neighborhood immediately on the border of Ventnor's prestigious St. Leonard's Tract, less than 2 blocks from the Beach and the Boardwalk.

The house was constructed in the early 1900s and reflects the charm and character of its era, though extensive interior and other renovations were completed in the last several years to update the property and add a host of modern conveniences.

First Floor – Foyer / Living Room / Dining Room

The first floor features a spacious, sunlight foyer, living room and dining room with carpets and classic hardwood floors throughout. The living room is cozy and comfortable and includes a queen sized pull-out sofa, a love seat and a gas fireplace and mantle, which anchor the room. French doors separate the living room from an elegant dining room with a bay window, chandelier and built-in wall cabinet.

First Floor - Kitchen

The house's fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including gas stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer), ceramic tile floors with radiant heat, breakfast bar and a pantry area (with a butler's door to the dining room, reminiscent of a bygone era). The kitchen also offers access to a back deck with an outdoor gas grill and furniture for outside dining.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The second floor features 3 bedrooms (2 queens and a double) and a bathroom (one bedroom features a private deck that overlooks the back of the property). The third floor features 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds in each) and a bathroom.

  • Guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets and towels
